We are recruiting three profiles in project management who will oversee the design of operations in design/build phases during competitions.
Join our Bouygues Bâtiment Industrie teams whose mission is to create high-performance sites for industrial trades, contributing to the well-being of employees and everyone, to territorial development, and the preservation of resources.

**Your main missions will include**:
**Oversee architectural and technical project management teams**:
Organize the project team (role distribution, planning, etc.)
Lead team meetings, ensure design reviews Implement the commercial strategy
**Ensure technical and financial control of projects**:
Analyze the program and meet the client's requirements and needs Mobilize and manage external study offices and company engineering experts according to project needs Identify possible changes (variants, optimizations, hazards, risks, etc.)
Establish the financial and technical summary
And what if it were you?
You have more than 8 years of experience and a successful track record in similar roles; ideally on industrial projects.
You demonstrate ingenuity and rigor in your work. You have a sense of fieldwork and know how to build good relationships with colleagues and partners.
You are proficient in English and French and can communicate in writing and orally with English-speaking counterparts.
The positions can be based at Challenger (headquarters, Guyancourt), Baikal (Industry agency, Tremblay-en-France), Lille, Nancy, Lyon.
