That means delivering the best to our clients, doing our part to create a prosperous and safe digital world, and helping our people to realize their potential. **DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** |** **About the role** Under the responsibility of the Group Treasurer, you will integrate a dynamic company where the management is "Lean" with important treasury issues concentrated around 3 poles: cash, FX and connectivity projects. **Foreign exchange hedging**: - Detecting and hedging foreign exchange exposures - Analyze the reasons for foreign exchange gains and losses in countries and remedy them: improve and extend hedging processes by centralizing more of them at the Group holding company - Publish foreign exchange reporting for top management: monitoring of outstanding amounts, limits, by bank, by currency, by country - Issuing a report for the publication of financial statements (outstanding portfolios, MTM calculation, IFRS accounting treatments) - Negotiate hedging lines with banks (half-yearly review) + open up foreign exchange to new banks that wish to become partners of the group - Manage foreign exchange with banks and electronic platforms - Ensure that internal control rules are applied **Bank financing** - Establishment of new lines - Extension of existing lines - Selection of optimal financing: internal/external financing - Answering banks' questions (KYC, Covenants...) **Operation of treasury tools and centralized web banking** - Administration: users follow-up, rights and access, CAC and Swift CSP audit - Project manager for the Kyriba treasury IS environment - Deployment of the tool in existing countries or new countries following acquisitions - Connectivity with banks and trading platforms with a good mastery of banking communication protocols **QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE** |** **About you** **The ideal Treasurer**: - BAC+5 (business school, master in treasury) - Minimum 5 years experience in treasury - Fluent English and excellent written and oral communication skills - Excellent knowledge of IT tools (Excel, etc.) - Knowledge of the functioning of international groups, either listed or under LBO - Work in a lean and dynamic environment - Excellent interpersonal skills, team player, diplomacy and service orientation - Results oriented, continuous improvement, proactive and reactive - Dynamism, curiosity, open-mindedness and maturity - Organization and change management - Reliability, stress and priority management **WHO ARE EXCLUSIVE NETWORKS?** | **About the company** Exclusive Networks is a global trusted cybersecurity specialist, committed to upholding the highest ethical standards.
