Shape the future of fragrances for European consumer brands with dsm-firmenich. As a Senior Collection Strategy Manager, you'll design & shape fragrances collection strategy for RCB Europe in line with our strategy to support our top line and profitability ambition. Within this role, you will set new ways of working and collaborate with a passionate community of experts in fragrances development to shape a valuable collection, continuously improved to be adopted cross-functions.

**Your key responsibilities**:

- Design and shape the collection strategy (including internal collections and clients portfolios) for the entire region RCB Europe in line with our strategy, to support our growth ambition.
- Lead the efforts to shape the collection value selling proposition, and prepare for implementation across the creation, development and sales functions in the region
- Set new ways of working for collection management and ensure ways of working are adopted by relevant functions:

- FDM for needs definition and prioritization (with insight from Marketing CI and sales)
- FDM for Items development, continuous improvement and usage
- Sales for clients portfolio
- Canopy interface team for tools optimization to answer to our needs
- Supply as an additional lever of collection performance
- Coordinate and collaborate with FDM community to secure collections development and implementation in our systems
- Ensure global alignment with RCB Head of Commercial Services to design ways of working
- Drive teams for prioritization definition, projects development and governance
- Monitor and communicate about collection performance & use results for continuous improvement.
- Manage a dotted line for administrative work for the collection

**You bring**:

- A solid experience in Collection Strategy and Collection Management in F&F Industry
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in Marketing, Development, Collection positions in the F&F Industry
- Leadership and drive multi functional teams
- Structured and good project management skills
- Engaged, can do attitude and proactive spirit.
- Teamwork oriented with fast learning ability
