Collection Manager

**AS COLLECTION MANAGER, YOU’LL BE AT THE HEART OF OUR COLLECTION DEVELOPMENT, DRIVING COLLABORATION AND ENSURING SEAMLESS EXECUTION FROM START TO FINISH.**

The Collection Manager will be an integral part of the Collection Development process at GANNI. Sitting across Merchandising and Design, the Collection Manager is responsible for the timely development of the collections and acts as a conductor across Merchandising, Design, Product Development, and Production. The Collection Manager drives, structures, and facilitates the timeline for collection development.

**Your mission & responsibilities ahead of you**
- Creating the timeline for collections and signing off the planning across Merchandising, Design, Product Development and Operations
- Ensuring an accurate and up-to-date overview of the collections throughout the development process.
- Ensuring all relevant input is prepared and available ahead of presentation and validation meetings (collection overviews per drops, per categories, price files, lead times and minimums to enable informed discussions
- Following up on and facilitating decision-making on the back of collection meetings to guarantee adherence to the process
- Coordinating with different stakeholders across Merchandising, Design and Product Development, to ensure all steps of the collection development are executed in a timely manner to achieve a successful launch of the collection in the showroom
- Supporting Design in the monitoring of the collection development against collection briefs and line plans
- Managing the detailed calendar for the Creative Direction
- Supporting the Design team with show planning

**Must have requirements**
- 5 years experience in a similar position within an international fashion company
- Project management experience
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to navigate across a variety of stakeholders
- Proactive, dynamic and entrepreneurial spirit
- High level of both verbal and written English
- In-depth knowledge of fashion industry processes
