**Vos missions, si vous les acceptez**:
- Diriger la mise en place et la maintenance du PMO
- Définir et mettre en œuvre les processus et les outils de gestion de projet
- Assurer la conformité des projets avec les normes de qualité, de budget et de délai
- Superviseur et ancien de l'équipe de gestion de projet
- Analyser et surveiller les indicateurs clés de performance pour optimiser la qualité des projets
- Préparer et présenter des rapports de gestion de projet à la direction de l'entreprise
- Développer et maintenir des relations solides avec les parties prenantes internes et externes
**Votre profil d'Insider**:
Vous avez au moins 10 ans d’expérience en gestion de projet ainsi qu'une expertise avérée en définition et en mise en œuvre de processus de gestion de projet. Vous maîtriser différentes méthodologies de gestion de projet, telles que PMBOK, PRINCE2, Agile et Waterfall
Vous appréciez le travail d’équipe et avez de solides compétences en communication. Le sourire et la bonne humeur sont également indispensables pour devenir un(e) futur(e) Insider
