As a **Merchandising & Planning Manager M/W**, your main mission is to develop communication media defined within the framework of PPG AC France Business brand strategy for our Retail Activity.

You will be reporting to Communication Manager.

This position is based in **Rueil Malmaison.**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Promoting our brands according to the business plan defined by Brand Leaders.
- Follow up product implementations plans
- Create and develop products highlights tools by ensuring stock availability according to defined timings.
- Theatricalize our products in the stores to increase our visibility.
- Events: stand design, organization management and implementation, supervising promotional operations.
- Maintain contracts with external partners (communications agencies)
- Handle the allocated budget and ensure budget reporting
- Control the budget and cost related to your business, in a permanent concern of profitability
- Place orders according to our purchasing policy

**Qualifications**
- Graduated from a Degree + 5 years delivered by a High School or a University or equivalent program specialized in Sales, Marketing, Merchandising.
- A first professional experience, at least 3 years acquired in a similar position or in communication
- marketing in the distribution is required.
- A proven knowledge concerning process of development, launch of product and media plan would be appreciated.
- We expect from you writing skills, interpersonal skills, ability to listen and a strong customer happiness orientation
- You are comfortable with IT tools and have a good knowledge of Pack Office, Space Planning.
- You have a proficient level of French and English.
