**Vestiaire Collective is looking for a Global Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the People team in Paris.**
**About the role**
- Reporting to our Talent Acquisition Director, Elisa, you will join a team of 3 recruiters fully dedicated to talent acquisition for Vestiaire Collective all around the world. You will recruit globally being dedicated to certain teams, being a real business partner.

As a Global Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for our positions based in our Paris, Berlin, New York, Singapore, or Hong Kong offices. We are hiring for roles across all our teams: Marketing, Finance, Operations, Tech, HR, VIP...
**What you will do**
- Source, coach & nurture the best profiles for Vestiaire.
- Build your own strategy to grow solid pipelines to catch the best profiles.
- Talent acquisition is not a transaction (only) exercise to you.
- Assess them to select excellence.
- Be a close partner to your dedicated stakeholders.
- Employer brand: work closely with our impact team and our creativity factory to create all the needed content internally and externally in order to communicate and shine.
- Ad hoc projects: follow up on all the data to ensure we are on track and how we can improve our recruitment process.
**Who you are**
- You thrive and excel in a fast-paced and delivery-driven environment.

- You can demonstrate excellent communication and influential skills in English.
- The role requires you to be fully autonomous and driven. We believe that this would translate into 2 to 4+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition in-house or in an agency abroad.
