Dans le cadre de sa croissance, Atalian Maintenance & Energy, recrute deux Energy Managers (H/F).

Rattaché(e) au Directeur Régional, vous mettez en place des préconisations d’exploitation optimale, une démarche d’efficace énergétique et des propositions de travaux d’amélioration énergétique des bâtiments client.

A ce titre, vos missions principales sont:
**Le suivi Client sur les sujets énergétiques**
- Réaliser les visites techniques de site, ainsi que les audits d’énergie,
- Préconiser des actions d’amélioration énergétiques,
- Proposer des travaux d’amélioration énergétique sur le site client,
- Animer les réunions de suivi énergie chez le client,
- Participer à la réunion « bilan annuel » chez le client,

**L’aide au démarrage des sites**
- Réaliser l’état des lieux du point de vue énergétique,
- Mettre en place les carnets énergie,
- Veiller à la bonne mise en place des actions d’économie d’énergie,

**Le support à l’exploitation des sites**
- Suivre la performance des sites,
- Appuyer les équipes de maintenance,dans l’atteinte des objectifs de performance,

dans la mise à jour des outils de suivi (carnets d’énergie),

**L’accompagnement technique des équipes de maintenance**
- Organiser le support sur les sujets : compteur, facture, contrat d’énergie, carnet d’énergie, optimisation du fonctionnement d’un système CVC (CTA, chaudière, froid et réseau),
- Mettre en place les outils (ticketing, energy management system).

Vous serez amené(e) à travailler étroitement avec Ergelis, société dédiée aux services énergétiques du pôle Maintenance & Energy et aurez donc un lien fonctionnel avec son Directeur.

Vous serez également amené(e) à vous déplacer ponctuellement au niveau national

Type d'emploi : Temps plein, CDI

Salaire : 34 000,00€ à 45 000,00€ par an
