**RATP Dev Manila (RDM)**

RATP Dev operates on the LRT1 elevated metro line in Manila. This line consists of 25 stations along 27 kilometers of viaduct tracks, with a daily ridership of 600,000 passengers. The line currently has 35 trains.

RDM has a long term Technical Services contract with Light Rail Manila Corporation (LRMC) to provide advice, expertise and services in relation to the operations and maintenance of LRT1 according to International Standards.

**About the Job**:

- Manage Rolling Stocks corrective maintenance unit with respect to safety, quality and technical concerns.
- Ensure Rolling Stocks availability and condition to a standard that will ensure maximum operational efficiency and maintain international standards of product quality and service.
- Implement maintenance organization to ensure maximum operational efficiency.
- Review annual budget for Rolling Stocks, maintenance expenses and explain monthly budget variances
- Conduct routine maintenance, spot checks of contractors or staff, maintenance inspections and practice corrective maintenance.
- Introduce best practices of operations and maintenance of the new rolling stocks material with GNV technology
- Ensure seamless travel for LRT1 customers that is safe, reliable, comfortable and friendly.
- Follow-up on technical objectives related to the quality and the efficiency of the maintenance activities.
- Conduct investigations into failures and ensure implementation of recommendations.
- To achieve the quality and performance targets set by the Company.
- Ability to streamline procedures that improve safety levels, productivity and control costs.
- Expertise in managing multicultural and multiethnic teams and resources to complete objectives.
- Effective problem solver who enjoys the challenge of achieving goals and accomplishments
- Analyze and rectify equipment defects.
- Undertake any other duties assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Senior Rolling Stock Expert
- It is expected for the expert to understand and have experience with European standards for maintenance.
- With 8+ years of progressive supervisory experience in all maintenance phases of transportations systems and industrial process in a multinational railway company.
- Management Skills
- Budget and Asset Management
- Ability to communicate with staff of all levels
- Excellent report writing skills
- Fulltime contract
