Chargé(e) de projets, vous réalisez l'ensemble des étapes préalables aux réponses aux marchés publics, de la détection du dossier à la réponse finale en passant par la réalisation des pièces administratives, techniques et financières. Le chargé de projets participe également aux rencontres sur site et aux journées techniques.

Gestion des Appels d'Offres
- Consulter quotidiennement le serveur de veille commerciale et proposer des opportunités aux commerciaux
- Réunir toutes les informations pour répondre aux Appels d'Offres en liaison avec les commerciaux, le Service Client, et le Directeur de projets
- Etablir la fiche de lecture/passation de chaque dossier et la transmettre au Directeur projets et au Chargé d'affaires concerné
- Valider les solutions techniques avec le Directeur projets
- Consulter les sous-traitants et cotraitants, les fournisseurs
- Analyser des dossiers d'appels d'offres (contraintes, risques, solutions etc )
- Préparer le chiffrage de l'Appel d'Offres et le faire valider par les Chargés d'affaires et le Directeur de projets
- Elaborer et remettre le dossier technique et administratif de réponse à l'Appel d'Offres

Aide au service commercial
- Rassembler les informations pertinentes sur les surfaces sportives en gazons synthétiques
- Assister les chargés d'affaires et le Directeur de projets lors de réunions commerciales et/ou journées techniques
- Recueillir la validation commerciale sur les besoins client.
- Réalisation de devis et/ou estimatifs
- Définir en interne, avec le client et / ou avec le commercial la solution la plus adaptée à son besoin.
- Lancer les demandes de prix et délais auprès des fournisseurs et transporteurs afin de répondre précisément aux demandes clients
- Obtenir les validations en interne avant de transmettre au service travaux
- Enregistrer les données de chaque commande ou projet, de manière exhaustive, en garantissant leur fiabilité et exhaustivité.
- Contrôler les tarifs des produits en lien avec la price list avant confirmation de commande
- Emettre les garanties et certificats

Suivi opérationnel des chantiers - Assurer le back-up et aider en haute saison d'installation
- Préparer et animer les réunions de passation Etudes/Travaux
- Participer à la planification des chantiers avec le Responsable projets/service client France/Conducteurs de travaux
- Contrôler et s'assurer de la compatibilité du calepinage avec les contraintes d'installation
- Vérifier que le montant des commandes à passer n'est pas supérieur au prévisionnel
- Vérification des commandes auprès des sous-traitants installation en s'assurant de la compatibilité des coûts avec le prix de pose budgété
- Alerter en cas de dépassement
- Suivre les coûts effectifs et écarts de prix liés à l'exécution des projets
- Assister le conducteur de travaux si besoin lors de la haute saison
