Description du poste
**DESCRIPTION**

In this role, you will act as a talent leader and strategic business partner that aligns our global HR agenda to the needs of our business groups in France. You will be responsible for partnering with the business leaders in developing and executing a plan for our people initiatives that align and support the business initiatives and overall HR strategy. Your responsibilities will include the talent strategy for your client groups, employee relations and working closely with associates and managers on all HR-related needs such as engagement initiatives, talent development, succession planning and organizational changes. Within the client groups you support, you will:

- Act as a strategic partner and trusted coach, understanding business strategy and how it connects to our talent strategy and priorities.
- Create value for our business through your functional expertise in Human Resources.
- Partner with the local leadership on a variety of employee relations issues.
- Partner closely with our HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) who are the experts and your partners on compensation, training and development, diversity and inclusion, recruitment and HR administration.
- Act as a change agent for our clients but also for our HR organization.
- Drive the annual performance and incentive planning and review process.
- Shape the employee experience by driving engagement and retention initiatives.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- At least a Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred
- A minimum of 6-8 years of work experience in a generalist HR role
- Experience working with diverse client groups and teams
- Ability to work in a dynamic, international environment
- ** Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English**
- Leadership presence, results-orientation, proactivity and organizational skills
- Flexibility and the ability to manage multiple ongoing projects.
