With over 150 years' experience and recognized technological expertise, ARaymond is one of the world leaders in assembly solutions.ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Develop new components, assemblies & processes - Assemble demonstrators, prototypes, test set ups and operate required equipment - Contribute to 5S and quality initiatives - Contribute to the technical validation of demonstrators and prototypes - Document the progress of developments and related test results - Participate in team solution finding and creative brainstorming sessions - Contribute to knowledge build up and transfer of expertise within the company and ARaymond network EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED - State-certified Technician or Bachelor’s degree in a related field of engineering - Experience of 2 to 3 years in a related industrial environment preferred - Technical apprenticeship or proven hands-on skills appreciated SKILLS REQUIRED - Proficiency in utilization of 3D CAD Software. Preferably PTC Creo - Proficiency in testing, prototyping and basic metrology methodologies - Proficiency in using power and hand tools - Familiar with plastic and metal processing technologies - Good communication skills - Basic electrical and programming skills appreciated - Know-how in agile development methods appreciated MINDSET - Get-It-Done Mindset - Autonomous and well organized - Curious and motivated - Eagerness to learn and self-teach - Ability to work with international teams - Ability to travel locally and internationally as required LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS - Fluent in English - French and/or German appreciated
