We are looking for a **Senior Tender Coordinator (M/F)** who can join our **logistics department** in Paris. You will have the opportunity to travel throughout Europe depending on the mobilization sites of our projects.
- The Tenders Coordinator will be responsible for the below tasks:

- Preparation of Budget for logistics activities: shipping, transit, logistics base, management of manpower and international transport (air/sea).
- Review and comment on documents submitted by COMPANY as part of contractual clarifications.
- Participation in project kick-off and weekly meetings. Cooperation with the Tenders and Management departments regarding the logistics matters.
- Requests for quotes from freight forwarders and local partners, clarifications and price updates.
- Preparation and editing of Logistics plans. Estimation of resource needs on projects.
- The main point of contacts are: Estimation, Operations, Planning, suppliers and possibly the subcontracts.
- The Tenders Coordinator will be part of the Logistics department and will report directly to the Manager of Logistics Department.
- Location: Paris La Défense
- Possibility of travel in Europe
