The goal of this role is to engage in initiatives to increase brand awareness, and drive consideration for key products + new product launches. This is a central role in the marketing team, working primarily on the French, German, and UK markets, with potentially some opportunities to work on brand marketing projects for the Australian & Indian markets. Being a native German speaker with intermediate to fluent knowledge of French, and English is highly encouraged in order to succeed in this role.

Areas of responsibility:

- Discover new influencers & ambassadors to work with across regions to fit the high-level brand marketing & company strategy, and the quarterly budget.
- Manage day-to-day operations with influencers, ambassadors, and advertising campaigns.
- Help execute “live shopping” marketing campaigns.
- Participate in and lend a helping hand pitching the Withings brand and products in French, German, and English during smaller influencer & brand marketing events, and tradeshows in Paris & around Europe alongside other members of the brand marketing team (press events, tradeshows and potential consumer events).
- Lead the production of a keynote video shooting 1x per year to help announce a new product across our digital marketing channels prior to its product launch.
- Work collaboratively and cross-functionally with the rest of the marketing team (brand, retail, paid media, web, CRM, studio, and content) to drive results and meet performance objectives.
- Report all qualitative and quantitative KPIs from the brand marketing initiatives you manage throughout the year, and make suggestions based on key learnings for the subsequent year’s marketing plan to optimize for the following year to help achieve the company’s overall goals.
- Research current trends, consumer and market insights for business cases and briefs
- Create POs for all brand marketing expenses and work with the finance team to ensure timely payments to brand marketing partners.

This role will have a direct and measurable impact on the company's success in Europe and worldwide.

**Requirements**:
- Bachelors & masters degree and at least a first experience in marketing including project management
- Intermediate to fluent working knowledge of French, English will be vital to the success of this role. Additionally, native German speakers will be highly regarded for this role
- At ease in an international environment
- Positive and enthusiastic spirit, with a go-getter attitude, and excitement to work cross-functionally to come up with creative solutions & ideas.
- Rigor and drive to deliver excellence through collaboration, while also confident to work autonomously to get smaller tasks done efficiently & within a timely manner.
- Ability to bring both creativity and analytical mindset to projects
- Flexibility for various types of projects
- Ability to create high quality post-event analyses and presentations with google slides, google sheets, figma, notion, canva
- Open to travel to sales and marketing team events
