PolyPeptide Laboratories France à Strasbourg est la filiale française d’un groupe international d’environ 1 200 personnes, leader mondial dans son domaine d’activité. Nous développons des procédés de fabrication de chimie fine et fabriquons des principes actifs à usage pharmaceutique.

Nous recherchons pour le site de Strasbourg, dans le cadre d’un contrat à durée indéterminée un(e):
**Project Manager**

Rattaché(e) au Directeur Programme Management, le Project Manager planifie, dirige et
coordonne les activités des projets de notre portefeuille de clients alignées avec les requis en terme de délais, qualité et budget.

**Vos principales missions**:

- Assister les représentants commerciaux dans le chiffrage des projets et l’établissement des devis,
- Participer à la définition du projet et des objectifs en impliquant les parties prenantes,
- Initier, planifier et contrôler le projet assigné afin de respecter le périmètre, le budget et le calendrier,
- Elaborer un plan de projet détaillé afin de contrôler et de suivre l’avancement du projet,
- Gérer les modifications des objectifs, du planning et des coûts du projet en utilisant des méthodes de vérifications appropriées,
- Gérer des équipes de projet pluridisciplinaires,
- Mettre en œuvre et utiliser les outils de gestion de projet définis pour évaluer les performances du projet,
- Évaluer et analyser les questions relatives au projet et à l'entreprise,
- Mettre en place des stratégies de gestion des risques afin de prévenir de manière proactive les risques inhérents à l'exécution du projet,
- Gérer les relations avec les clients ainsi qu'avec toutes les parties prenantes du projet,
- Créer et entretenir une documentation compréhensible et cohérente sur la gestion du projet,
- Démontrer des capacités de résolution de problèmes pour résoudre les situations rapidement et efficacement afin d'assurer des livraisons dans les délais et de maintenir un niveau élevé de satisfaction de la clientèle.

**Profil recherché**:

- Titulaire d’un Bac+3/+5 dans un domaine scientifique (chimie, pharmacie ou biologie),
- Maîtrise de l’anglais indispensable (écrit et oral),
- Expérience minimum de 3 à 5 ans en gestion de projet,
- Parfaite compréhension (avec expérience serait un plus) des interactions entre une
société de services (CDMO) et ses donneurs d’ordres (clients externes),
- Solides connaissances techniques avec une compréhension et/ou une expérience de la production BPF (GMP), telles qu’appliquées au développement clinique des produits biopharmaceutiques,
- Excellentes qualités relationnelles avec une forte orientation client, esprit d’équipe,
- Organisé(e), attentif(ve) aux détails, capable de gérer les priorités et de travailler sur plusieurs dossiers en même temps,
- Très bonnes connaissances de Microsoft Office et MS Projet,
- Certification PMI est un plus.
