Global Planning Analyst

This role will support the Self Care Global Planning team with day-to-day operational and transactional activities. We are looking to add a strong team member who will manage global procurement flows for API and finished goods between regions. This role is perfect for an individual who wants to be in the center of a large, successful and global team, helping to maintain excellent operations and acquiring supply planning experience in a regulated environment to grow and develop in supply chain. **Tasks & Responsibilities**: - Manage daily transactional and operational planning activities with manufacturing sites and regions - Manage open orders between manufacturing sites and regions, ensure effective and accurate transactions between the different interfaces - Manage supply constraints to minimize the total business impact, proactively communicate risks to management and markets - Ensure accurate reporting and presentation to management of key KPIs - Be the housekeeper and ensure maintenance of excellent master data quality across regions - Assist project teams with planning activities for site transfer, new product introduction, product lifecycle, acquisition and divestiture - Take actively part in planning processes optimization and redesign **Qualifications** - Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in supply chain, procurement, business administration or engineering - 1-2 years’ experience in Supply Chain Planning or related field - Experience working with SAP-APO and R/3 and proficiency in transactional operations - Proficient in written and spoken English - Proficient user of Microsoft Excel (Power BI a plus) - Strong ability to process data from multiple locations and systems - Collaborative and outcomes-focused team member - Challenging status-quo and embracing change **Our offer**: - An exciting position in an international and dynamic environment with continuous learning and growth opportunities - A competitive salary, on-site sport accommodations, health/energy programs and other benefits for you and your family. - An inclusive team environment where diversity and different opinions are respected and valued, and the importance of a good work-life balance is recognized.
