Employees of Johnson & Johnson Consumer Health work with partners in health care to touch the lives of over a billion people every day, throughout the world. **Associate Manager Global Supply Planning** Connected to our self-care business unit, we are recruiting for an Associate Manager Global Supply Planning who will be responsible of global procurement flows for API and finished goods between regions. In this end-to-end orchestrator role, you will lead the IBP process between manufacturing sites and the regions with the key aim to align supply plans with a consolidated demand plan from all regions. This is a great opportunity for a self-driven individual, eager to grow and develop as a leader of a global planning network and willing to shape supply planning strategies in a constant evolving international environment. **Tasks & Responsibilities**: - Act as account manager of our supply points, ensure its precise and efficient operation through weekly supply review process and monthly operational review meetings - Manage supply constraints to minimize the total business impact, identify and trigger implementation of long-term solutions and corrective actions to avoid a recurrence of any given supply constraint - Consolidate cross-regional demand for API and finished goods and lead capacity and material review with suppliers - Lead communication in weekly Short Term Exception Management (STEM) calls with other regions and own meeting’s outcome and escalation to relevant stakeholders/function - Shape global supply planning processes, information flow and organization in accordance with strategic business objectives - Develop and drive event strategies impacting supply plan (production location transfers, reformulation of products, discontinuation, etc.) **Qualifications** - Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Procurement, Business Administration or Engineering - At least 5 years of work experience in Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing or Logistics in a regulated industry - Working knowledge in SAP R/3 and SAP APO or OMP strongly preferred - Very good communication in English - Understanding of financial flows and their impact on planning processes - Strong ability to influence internal and external stakeholders - IT-literate (very strong excel user knowledge) - Team player with a positive mind set and abilities to connect with external partners - Dynamic, self-driven, committed and resilient **Our offer**: - An exciting position in an international and dynamic environment with continuous learning and growth opportunities - A competitive salary, on-site sport accommodations, health/energy programs and other benefits for you and your family. - An inclusive team environment where diversity and different opinions are respected and valued, and the importance of a good work-life balance is recognized.
