**Your responsibilities**: We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to provide support for our HR Competence Center in Switzerland while also taking responsibility for our employees based in Paris, France. You will be mainly supporting all aspects of human resources management, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compensation and benefits.
This role will require frequent communication and coordination with the Competence Center in Switzerland, as well as close collaboration with local managers and employees in Paris.
- Provide overall human resources leadership and support to our Competence Center in Switzerland and our employees in Paris, France
- Manage the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees in Paris
- Act as a point of contact for employees in Paris for all HR related inquiries and issues
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in accordance with local and company-wide guidelines
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on performance management, career development, and employee relations matters
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations in France
- Collaborate with global HR teams to ensure consistency in HR practices and policies across the organization
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records for all employees in Paris
- Participate in other HR-related projects and initiatives as needed

**Your profile**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in HR management, with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
- Strong knowledge of French labor laws and regulations
- Ability to effectively communicate in both French and English
- Experience working in an international environment is a plus
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
