**Job Overview**:
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Freelance Data Ops Manager to join our team. As the Data Ops Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless flow of data, optimizing data management processes, and supporting the successful execution of data projects. This role is ideal for a dedicated professional with a strong affinity with data processing, excellent problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in both English and Korean.

**Requirements**:

- Oversee data process and quality assurance for each vertical/market,
- Manage relationships with the data entry team,
- Analyze datasets and investigate any discrepancies or inconsistencies,
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and ensure data quality and accuracy,
- Manage data pipelines, data integration, and data transformation processes for various projects,
- Monitor and troubleshoot data issues, ensuring timely resolutions and mínimal disruptions,
- Develop and maintain data documentation, standard operating procedures, and best practices,
- Analyze data flows and identify opportunities for process improvements and automation,
- Curate interesting and unique trends for Spate content, brainstorm compelling ideas for upcoming reports.

**Benefits**

**Compensation**: $25/hour

**Mission Length**: This is a freelance position with no commitment to a specific mission length. As a freelancer, you will have the flexibility to work on various projects with us based on your availability and our needs.
