Backed by **Saft-TotalEnergies**, **Stellantis (ex PSA-Opel) and Mercedes**, ACC is set to **revolutionize the automotive industry** by innovating in battery technology. We aim to produce sustainable, affordable, high-capacity, longer-life batteries as a** cleaner alternative to current energy sources**.

Our new **R&D Expertise Center in Bordeaux** (Nouvelle Aquitaine - France) is already up and running as well as a state-of-the art** Industrial Excellence Center near Angouleme** (Nouvelle Aquitaine - France). We are now building our **first gigafactory in Billy-Berclau / Douvrin **(Hauts de France - France). A new** Applied Engineering Center and a second gigafactory planned in Kaiserslautern** (Germany) and a **third one in Termoli **(Italy) will soon reinforce our innovation and production capacities.

**Job description**:
**Main missions, Objectives and KPIs related**
- Organize and lead supplier audit: system, process or product audits following automotive standard requirement: IATF 16949 in force version and ACC standard.
- Ensure the completion of the audit corrective actions.
- Contribute to supplier selection process and ensure suppliers evaluation in the functional perimeter in collaboration with purchasing department.
- Manage quality supplier's industrialization/product development according IATF and ACC standards.
- Follow up supplier APQP deployment and validate PPAP
- Ensure supplier/product qualification
- Validate the robustness of the suppliers' production process
- Propose and manage supplier improvement plans with preventive corrective actions and ensure their implementation.
- Manage supplier nonconformity.
- Create and improve ACC processes, and tool selection/deployment linked with supplier or quality activities

**Knowledge / Know how**

Trained in automotive quality standard:

- IATF 16949 in force version and associated core tools (APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, FMEA),
- VDA 6.3

Master audit management: organization, interview, report

Master Quality tools and supplier management : 8D, 5 why,

**Experience (domain, number of years)**

Min. 5 years of experience in quality, supplier quality or in supplier development activities

**Qualifications (diplomas, )**

Master’s degree (quality, or technical field)

Lead auditor, or at least co assessor

VDA 6.3 or IATF 16949 in force version training certificate

Professional level in English mandatory
