Our new **R&D Expertise Center in Bordeaux** (Nouvelle Aquitaine - France) is already up and running as well as a state-of-the art** Industrial Excellence Center near Angouleme** (Nouvelle Aquitaine - France). We are now building our **first gigafactory in Billy-Berclau / Douvrin **(Hauts de France - France). A new** Applied Engineering Center and a second gigafactory planned in Kaiserslautern** (Germany) and a **third one in Termoli **(Italy) will soon reinforce our innovation and production capacities.

**Job description**:
Ensure the Product and Process controls are defined, implemented and ensure the continuous improvement and problem-solving process.

**Main missions, Objectives and KPIs related / **_Missions principales, Objectifs et Indicateurs associes_**
- Participate to the elaboration of the Manufacturing Control Plan for the battery cell/module production according to the PFMEA analysis
- Prepare and implement quality instructions to each work area in the manufacturing process
- Ensure the implementation and effectiveness of the planned quality processes according to the Manufacturing Control plan during the project and start-up phase
- Implement and safeguard of the Q-Loop (product/process monitoring) within the production environment
- Ensure that relevant work instructions / process documents are available and implemented.
- Collaborate and manage cross-functional work of all operational quality-related activities in the plant in relation to your tasks.
- Lead the investigation of non-conformities using the 8D problem solving process in order to reduce the scrap rate
- Update and reinforce the inspection planning / inspection plan in production on the basis of current defect occurrences
- Perform random quality checks and audits on the shop floor
- Train and qualify production employees to the quality rules

**Knowledge / Know how**
- Project and/or series experience in the areas of development, planning, production or quality management
- Knowledge and experience of production quality processes in the automotive industry
- APQP and Manufacturing Control Plan execution
- Problem-Solving methodology
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office

**Experience (domain, number of years)**
- Min. 5 years Quality Experience in the Automotive Industry or similar Industry
- Min. 5 years of experience with quality activities in production

**Qualifications (diplomas, )**
- Completed studies in the field of mechanical, chemical, industrial or electrical engineering
