Materials that absorb electromagnetic radiation are essential for the smooth operation of telecommunications networks and electromagnetic shielding. Currently, there are no satisfactory industrial solutions for sixth-generation frequencies. The MimeCodr project is developing a technological solution capable of meeting the current and future needs of the telecommunications and electromagnetic shielding sectors. We are combining the ESPCI's expertise in microfluidics and electromagnetism to manufacture versatile materials that absorb electromagnetic waves, in order to position ourselves in this strategic market.

We are in the pre-creation phase of a start-up whose aim will be to adapt our current technological solution and commercialize it to a number of key market players. We currently have in the team a profile capable of handling all the technical aspects of the project, and who will take on the role of CTO of the start-up.

**Description du poste**:
We are looking for a profile capable of supporting the complementary aspects of the project and who could take the role of CEO once the company is created. More specifically, the profile we are looking for should be able to manage all non-technical aspects of the project including:

- Define and monitor market studies
- Present the future product and participate in fund-raising
- Pursue pre-established sales discussions and seek out new business opportunities
- Define and monitor legal and regulatory studies
- Participate in the strategic orientation of product development
- Pilot the creation of the company and take over its management.

**Profil recherché**:
Above all, we are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic profile with a vision of the French, EU, and international deeptech funding landscape (public, VC,) in the telecoms sector in the broadest sense. This person must be fluent in English. A natural curiosity for the technological aspects of telecoms and materials science is a plus.
