**Site Administrator: Agent Technology Support **(Remote)**
- Full time, France, Luxembourg, Czech Republic, Spain, Poland, Netherlands, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland_

As part of Technology Team**,** you must like a high pace, have patience, and know how to relate to people to deliver great customer support. You will need very good Amadeus GDS knowledge. Be self-motivated and able to get up to speed quickly - functioning independently in a supportive team.

**As a Site Administrator Agent Technology Support, you will**
- Support users on agent facing Travel Technology Solutions provided by BCD in Europe.
- Provide consultation on problem resolution and options.
- Professionally use the appropriate the BCD Travel tools and systems to complete requests and respond accurately.
- Incident/Service Requests registration and - if required - escalation to second level/other departments
- Amadeus case registration and handling
- Communicate and ongoing information to user in case of major outages.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the agent technology tools as it relates to BCD Travel and monitors changes.
- Provide input to the knowledge and solution database
- Seek assistance from others, including other teams for the resolution as appropriate.

**About you**
- You have professional education (Business Travel Agent).
- Experience in the Travel Industry.
- Good knowledge on GDS (Amadeus) is required.
- Solid user knowledge in agent facing travel technology.
- Excellent customer service & clear communication skills. Active listening, empathy, adaptability, and patience.
- Professional telephone and communication skills, clear articulation.
- Demonstrated problem solving skills and ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently & as will a team player. Flexibility and high initiative.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and minimum fluent in one of these languages: preferably French or German and Dutch.
