**Missions**: En tant que Chargé(e) de Projet Informatique, vous serez rattaché(e) au Responsable de Production Métier et aurez pour mission de répondre aux besoins des métiers en assurant la planification, l'exécution et le suivi de projets informatiques tout en garantissant le respect des délais, des budgets et des objectifs de qualité.
**Responsabilités**:
**Planification et gestion de projet**: Définir les objectifs, établir les plannings et superviser la mise en ?uvre des projets.
**Coordination d'équipe**: Collaborer avec les Chargés de Produit et d'autres parties prenantes, en coordonnant jusqu'à 50 contributeurs.
**Suivi et rapports**: Effectuer un suivi régulier, identifier et résoudre les problèmes, fournir des rapports détaillés.
**Gestion des risques**: Mettre en place des tableaux de suivi des risques, élaborer des stratégies d'atténuation et gérer les imprévus.
**Accompagnement des équipes métiers**: Aider à formaliser les besoins, établir la roadmap et le planning, en garantissant la qualité.
**Supervision des phases de développement**: Organiser les phases d'étude, de conception, de réalisation, de test et de mise en production.
**Gestion des incidents**: Coordonner et résoudre les incidents tout en assurant la communication efficace avec les équipes.
**Documentation et transmission**: S'assurer de la mise à jour et de la transmission des connaissances au sein de l'équipe.
**Suivi budgétaire**: Garantir le respect des engagements financiers.
Solides compétences en gestion de projet, capacité à travailler sous pression.
2 à 3 ans d'expérience dans l'informatique (développement /architecture / test / exploitation)
Capacité à garder un ?il critique sur les choix et les contraintes technologiques
Excellente communication écrite et orale, avec un bon relationnel.
Capacité à s'exprimer auprès des utilisateurs en langage non technique et capacité à interagir avec des équipes techniques
Connaissance approfondie des technologies de l'information et des processus de développement logiciel.
Expérience en coordination de projets avec des équipes multi-sites et internationales (collaboration avec équipes en Inde, Espagne, France).
Connaissance de Google Cloud Platform.
Expérience significative en tant que Product Owner ou Chef de projet.
Anglais professionnel indispensable.
Disponibilité pour des déplacements occasionnels.
