**Role of Junior CSE **Project/Programme Manager**

Business requirements

With the increase of field request for project assistance, the need emerges for a figure who is project-management oriented and helps coordinating PoC work with project management equivalent interfaces on the customer side.

Managing workflow from key client (sales) for large projects for execution by engineers upon designation from CSE leadership
- Time optimization due to unclear/blurred/drifting scope
- Uniform and single-point of communication for designated projects
- Managed expectations for clients (=sales).
- Customer communications
- Scope and functionality definition agreements
- Progress and milestone reporting
- Establish process for EBC occupancy
- Manage and steer EBC occupation (w Magali)
- Interact with Marketing (Patrick) to manage the demand stream
- Consult with CSE team Managers to map availability of suitable resources

Inward roles - towards Executive communication and reporting - increasing visibility over CSE team activies and pipelines
- Progress reports and updates to VP + Mgt
- Early-warning when delays/obstacles envisaged
- Signaling of upcoming project milestones
- Real-time resource load overview (capacity [yes/no] to absorb priority situations)
- Up to date material exploitation / availability forecasting
- Visible ‘closure’ of each project once completed

Added value skills
- 5+ years’ experience working in and with technical teams
- Solid working relationship established with customers, sales and technical players
- Understanding of vendor/customer environments
- Native, university level English
- Trained in public speaking
- Experience in live presenting
