**We are looking for a Tooling & Equipment Engineer COVERING to join our team**:
Technologies scope Press covering ,thermocovering and forming,IMG therocovering and forming ,Dedicated or integrated Edgefoldings ,Securing premium wrapping solutions (cut and sew/manual covering ) ,Leather/vegan materials solutions, NFPP technologies compression and co-i injections

**You will work on challenges that matter**
- Timing plan:
Build, update & monitor the complete timing plan for tools, equipment and associated processes to reach, Tooling & Equipment transfer to plant, MPT and SOP on time and right first time.

Build, update & monitor the progress of tool & process convergence targets and report progress.
- Definition and feasibility:
Defines tools, equipment & associated process specificities for the program taking into considerations standard targets.

Provide input for simplification of product to reach reliable tool, equipment and associated process definition.

Provide technical support to the supplier RFQ process and tool makers / equipment providers selection process.
- Development

Pre-requisite: ensure all necessary material (availability of raw material, packaging & checking fixtures...) are in place to perform the trials in the best conditions

Organize and perform trials in the closest serial life conditions

Consolidate all actions in PDCA template & implement all actions defined after each trial to reach Quality, Cost, Delivery in line with initial plan

Liaise between program, plant & toolmaker / equipment provider to ensure tuning & implementation of product modification.
- Validation

In charge of the pre-acceptance of Tool & Equipment at the plant (until green MPT)

Follow-up the final acceptance of Tooling & Equipment at the plant (until SOP)

Monitor indicators

**What if it was you?**
- Master's degree in engineering
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in specific domain or tooling manufacturing environment, preferably covering in automotive sector
- Knowledge in project management process
- Knowledge of 7 Quality Basics.
- Result oriented with strong written and oral communication skills
- Able to work in a multicultural environment
- English required
