Rattaché(e) au Tribe Leader Logistique, vous assurerez le suivi du Run Logistique ainsi que le bon déploiement des projets logistiques et travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les domaines Omnichannel, Retail, Digital/Delivery, Intégration, ainsi que les directions métiers Retail, Digital, Logistique. **Vos Missions** Regardons de plus près ce qui vous attend: - Participer en collaboration avec le squad leader logistique à l’enrichissement du core model « entrepôt du futur » et l'évolution des process entrepôts pour répondre aux enjeux de l'omnicanal (développements des services client, élévation digitale par l'amélioration du "Delivery") ; - Organiser des Releases techniques sur l’ensemble des serveurs monde - Assurer le suivi des problèmes Management Logistiques et transverses, et contribution à l’AMS Order2Cash - Co-préparer avec le Stream Leader du STEERCO trimestriel l’AMS Logistics - Assurer le suivi des maintenances techniques impactant les entrepôts - Assure le suivi des déploiements des nouveaux entrepôts et/ou de la mise en œuvre des nouvelles fonctionnalités en entrepôt - Participer au design des solutions logistiques avec l’équipe Projet - S’assurer de la montée en compétence de l’équipe Factory Logistique - Travailler en proximité avec l’équipe AS400 et les équipes IT proximity pour les déploiements techniques - Travailler en proximité avec les entrepôts (déploiements fonctionnels et techniques) PROFIL Vous êtes issu(e) d’une formation supérieure, en école d’ingénieur, de commerce ou universitaire orientée Systèmes d’Informations et/ou Supply Chain & Logistique et avez a mínima 5 ans d'expérience Infolog idéalement (ou autre WMS) acquises sur le support et/ou maintenance applicative. Toute expérience dans un contexte international peut s’avérer un atout également. **Connaissances techniques**: - Vous connaissez Infolog sur le bout des doigts ou avez de bonnes connaissances d'un WMS (minimum 5 ans d’expérience du domaine); - Vous avez des compétences en intégration (EAI, API, ETL, etc.) - Vous avez une compétence fonctionnelle en logistique et transport - Vous avez une expérience en animation d’équipe (support opérationnel) **Vous avez les capacités suivantes**: - Analyse et synthèse, rigueur, autonomie, bon sens, pragmatisme; - Maîtrise de la gestion des priorités et des risques; - Communication proactive et adaptation à tous types d’interlocuteurs; - Pilotage de prestataires externes; - Vous switchez de l’anglais au french sans même le remarquer ; - Vous êtes mobile pour des déplacements en France et à l’étranger. **Pourquoi participer à l’aventure ?** - Pour travailler dans une entreprise en forte croissance et devenir vous aussi un acteur de cette réussite. - Pour travailler en plein cœur de Paris, dans le 1er arrondissement. - Pour grandir et bénéficier d’un suivi RH personnalisé tout au long de votre carrière.
