- To support its development, Exyte France is looking for a project assistant for its project site in Douvrin The role consists of supporting and assisting the entire project team in the necessary administrative tasks, as well as participating in the document control system.
**Explore your tasks and responsibilities**:
**Show your expertise**:
- 2 years of higher education as an Executive Assistant or Project Assistant or significant professional experience in a similar position in an international context.
- Excellent command of the English and French languages.
- Excellent command of the Pack Office.
- Writing skills.
- Organizational skills and sense of priorities.
- Knowledge of intercultural environments.
- Autonomous but able to work in a team.
