**Activités**
The Business Analyst is responsible for analyzing from a financial perspective for the development opportunities of the assets (Onshore Wind, PV, BESS).

The main missions of the Business Analyst US Market will be the following ones:

- Develop and run financial models (cash, accounting and tax) related to opportunities identified by the business development team,
- Develop, run and maintain an integrated model at TotalEnergies Renewables USA perimeter
- Contribute to internal committees’ presentations,
- Maintain financial model up to date with industry/market practices in coordination with the Structured Finance team,
- Ensure financial models reliability and consistency
- Optimize financial models and structures from cash/accounting/tax perspective,
- Support the business development team in the prospection/negotiation process by providing relevant sensitivities,
- Reconciliate financial models with actual figures post-closing,
- Keeps himself/herself fully informed on key market developments and industry news/events.

TotalEnergies Renewables has set ambitious targets to develop/acquire, construct, operate and own solar utility-scale power plants and onshore wind with both public and private offtakers but also Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) around the world. The United States is a key market. TotalEnergies Renewables USA has recently built a sizable UPP & BESS portfolio in the US market, both through greenfield development & strategic acquisitions, and will continue to be highly active in this market.
The Business Analyst US will work in a fast-growing business unit and according to TotalEnergies policies and compliance values.

He/She will support the Business Development team during the prospection, negotiation, and post-closing phases by providing projects economics forecasts and reconciliations consistent with market practices. Finally, He/She will take part of the internal exercises (Long Term Plan & budget) as well as of the preparation of the internal validation committees.
