We're looking for a **Solutions Specialist **to join the engineering team at Modus Create.

**About You**

**Experience: Senior Level**

The** **Solutions Specialist will serve as a key contributor within the consulting practice team collaborating directly with prospective clients, leveraging their technical expertise and industry knowledge to drive successful sales engagements. This role will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and nurturing opportunities. Additionally, guiding clients through the evaluation process, understanding their unique business challenges, and showcasing how Modus offerings can address their needs and deliver tangible value.

**Responsibilities**:

- Engage with prospective clients to understand their business needs and pain points.
- Conduct presentations to showcase the features and capabilities of our offerings.
- Collaborate with sales and consulting teams to develop customized solutions and proposals based on client requirements.
- Respond to technical queries and address concerns raised by clients during the sales process.
- Assist in the development of sales collateral, including presentations, case studies, and offerings documentation.
- Support partnership programs on the delivery and solution design side of the house
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights and recommendations on how our services can address their challenges and drive business outcomes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, IT professionals, and decision-makers.
- Support Practice Leads and Execs at industry events/conferences on behalf of Modus to engage with clients and generate leads

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in a sales and solutioning role within the software industry, preferably in a practice-led organization.
- Deep understanding of software solutions and technologies relevant to our industry
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and presentations.

Having overlap with your team is critical when working in a global remote team. Modus requires all team members to overlap with EST hours daily. In addition, reliable high speed internet is a must.
