Aviation Lead

**MISSIONS**

The Marine Operations - Aviation Lead is reporting to the Marine Operations Manager.

**Aviation Lead is responsible to coordinate all Aviation strategies & activities**:

- on Tenders, supporting the Tender marine operations and commercial teams.
- on Projects and O&M in execution, supporting the Marine operations package manager.
- Aviation Lead is responsible to:

- perform market screening for helicopters & drones (machines and suppliers), share update to marine ops
- team and management on state of the art and innovations in aviation.
- define, model and optimize the aviation strategies (helicopter crew change, helicopter hoisting, drones), and
- aircraft and drone type requirements.
- write up documentations requirements and procedures.
- ensure aviation strategies are compliant with specific regions limitations and requirements.
- develop aviation project plan with planning, costing and documentations.
- write up aviation guidelines (company and project specific), with support from EHS and ops package
- managers.

**For projects and contracts Aviation Lead is responsible to**:

- Perform assessment and evaluation of strategies with combination of vessels type and helicopter.
- Define and write up scope of work requirements, contract annexes for helicopter services (transfer / crew change, hoisting, Drones etc.. ).
- Perform assessment, evaluation of aviation services offers and support sourcing for clarification and contract.
- Support marine ops package manager to monitor contractors (helicopter/drone suppliers) on contract deliverables, performance (KPI’s).

Define audit requirements (local regulations, customer and company requirements, industry standards) and ensure regular auditing following requirements.
- Review Customer and local regulations documentations (Helicopter, Marine coordinations) and ensure compliance of services contracted.
- Review, comment and provide technical support/expertise on Helicopter operator set up, documentations hoisting procedures, training, RA).
- Issue PR (Purchase requisition), review invoices and update applicable budget forecast.
- Monitor aircraft maintenance, contract milestones to ensure best performance and availability for projects.
- Define helicopter Kpis and ensure compliance to performance criteria (safety, quality, performance).
- Prepare all necessary documentations for aviation activities (bridging documents, helicopter approach procedure, helicopter execution plan, daily plan, crew change plan, mobilization check list.. as necessary) and review Contractor documentations.
- Develop and ensure helicopter project requirements (radio communications, PPE, training, permits requirements ).
- Build lesson learned from project & O&M in execution to the Tenders and to other contract / project.
- Build and write up standards documentations and processes for aviation discipline.
- Be the point of contact for all aviation topics with all stakeholders (customers, company internal, suppliers, aviation authorities).

**PROFILE**
- Minimum 5 years on offshore, maritime and / or aviation experience
- Aviation experience required / Aviation qualification (preferred)
- Marine experience required / marine qualification (preferred)
- English
- Certificates to work Wind farms offshore. [Recommend]
- Proven experience in aviation or marine offshore activities.
- Skills to perform documentations review and write up (based on given requirements).
- Skills to coordinate activities with offshore execution works.
- Competency and certificate to perform Audit following provided template.
- Ability to prepare and follow Tests and documentation, report, check lists, schedule.
- Experience in with multinational team and multi countries and subcontractor workforce.
- Ability to work offshore (Offshore medical certificate, Sea Survival, Wind Turbine full rescue course).
- Ability to secure quality assurance and environmental processes.
- Knowledge of Aviation (helicopter & drones).
