Assistant(e) pour le service Scent Design Group - Body Care
Description du poste:
Rejoignez l’équipe du SDG Body Care en tant qu’assistant(e) et plongez au cœur de la création. En collaboration étroite avec nos SDM vous serez amenez à travailler sur toutes les categories du Body Care et faciliterez la gestion de projet.
Missions principales:
- Organisation de réunions et séances d’évaluations olfactives (tous supports)
- Gestion des stocks, commande de produits du marché
- Demande d'échantillons
- Mise à jour des informations olfactives dans les systèmes
- Coordination et suivi des demandes
- Aide à l’intégration et/ou on-boarding des nouveaux(elles) apprenti(e)s

- Organisé(e)- Rigoureux(se)- Flexible- Positif(ve)- Engagé(e)
Qualifications:
- Anglais ecrit- Maitrise de la suite Office- La connaissance de SAP serait un plus
