Where You'll Make a Difference


• Design and deliver world-class educational programs for the next generation of fragrance leaders, both in-house and with top academic partners

• Lead global recruitment and development of high-potential students and apprentice perfumers

• Manage, inspire, and grow a diverse team across regions

• Continuously enhance curriculum and program delivery to align with IFF's strategic objectives

• Strategically manage internal and external partnerships, protecting IFF's values and intellectual property

• Champion innovation in talent development and drive opportunities for program expansion

• Collaborate with industry experts to shape the future of fragrance education

• Represent IFF in global forums and academic partnerships

What Makes You the Right Fit


• Bachelor's or Master's degree from a top-tier University (Marketing, Business, Chemistry, Arts, or related field preferred)

• 15+ years' experience in business leadership, education, training, or the fragrance industry

• Proven excellence in strategic thinking, execution, and cross-functional collaboration

• Exceptional communication, presentation, and leadership skills

• Global mindset with the ability to inspire, motivate, and influence at all levels

• Fluency in English; French proficiency highly valued

• Experience managing international teams and programs

• Strong understanding of fragrance industry dynamics
