Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the real-time response, coordination and resolution of EHS incidents in the data center, ensure efficient communication with internal teams, emergency services and stakeholders, minimize operational disruptions and ensure the safety of personnel and infrastructure.
- Perform a comprehensive EHS risk assessment of data center facilities to identify key hazards.
- Develop optimized risk control plans to promote systematic improvements in the EHS management system.
- Design, create and improve EHS process documents to strengthen the robustness and compliance of the data center EHS management system.
- Integrate EHS requirements into daily operations, create a safety culture at all levels of the organization and ensure standardized implementation through targeted training, safety publicity and feedback mechanisms.
Job Requirements:
- More than 3 years of experience in environment, health and safety (EHS).
- Proficient in and fully understand international EHS regulations, standards and compliance requirements.
- Have good interpersonal communication skills, be able to deal with emergencies, and have a strong ability to work under pressure;
- Proficiency in Chinese/English in order to communicate with on-site operation team.

- 将EHS要求深度融入日常运营，通过针对性培训、安全宣传及反馈机制，营造组织各层级的安全文化并确保标准化执行。
任职要求：
- 3年以上的环境、健康、安全（EHS）相关工作经验
- 熟练并全面掌握国际EHS法规、标准及合规要求
- 中英文流利
Pay: From 3,200.00€ per month
