On a daily basis, your tasks are to:
- Coordinate and plan the actions of internal and external resources in your technical or functional field to meet the new needs of the professions;
- Perform complex diagnostics to identify the causes of malfunction and propose corrections as well as workarounds;
- Participate in the consistency and performance of the business information system;
- Anticipate changes and their impacts on the Information System;
- Propose and contribute to the monitoring of your perimeter’s budget.

**Within the Algo & Index department, you join the HORIZON/FONEMS team as a Project manager**
**In an IT environment, within the Pre Trade Front Office team, the project manager will intervene on projects related to the Horizon trading platform HMM, used for trading Equity derivatives (futures/options on indices/shares) and FONEMS**
**On a daily basis, your missions are to**:
**Coordinate and plan the actions of internal and external resources in your technical or functional field to meet new business needs;**
**Perform complex diagnostics to identify the causes of dysfunction and propose corrections as well as workaround solutions;**
**Participate in the consistency and performance of the business information system;**
**Anticipate changes and their impacts on the Information System;**
**Propose and contribute to monitoring the budget of your scope.**

**The position is based in Paris and with us it’s 10 days of telecommuting per month, 15 to 17 days of RTT per year, on-site services like catering, the gym or the corporate concierge service. **Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience**:
About you: If you recognize yourself in the following description, you are made to work with us With a higher education, you have at least 5 years of experience in team leadership roles.
You master:
- Project management;
- Team management;
- The Front Office environments.
You are:
- Organized and rigorous;
- Able to support the teams and help them evolve;
- Endowed with a good ability to convey information in a clear and effective manner, both orally and in writing.
You master English with a B2 level.
