**Ton quotidien ?**

**1/ Legal**
- Gestion juridique:

- Gérer les sujets juridiques qui te seront confiés (NDA, assistance à appel d’offres, mise à jour et amélioration des bases de données juridiques ) ;
- Négocier et gérer les contrats du groupe (assurer la sécurité juridique de tout type de transaction, contract management sur les sujets critiques ) ;
- Réaliser une veille juridique et réglementaire.
- RGPD:

- Accompagner Marie sur l’amélioration de l’existant ;
- Mettre à jour le registre.

**2/ Compliance et contrôle interne**
- Gestion des risques:
**-**Suivre la mise à jour périodique de tous les risques et la bonne réalisation des plans d’actions y afférents selon le calendrier établi ;
**-**Suivre la mise à jour des politiques et procédures ;
**-**Synthétiser les évolutions constatées lors de la réalisation des tâches ci-dessus pour communication au CODIR ainsi qu’à l’ensemble de l’entreprise.
- Suivi de l’audit annuel SOC 2:
**-**Suivre la mise à jour des politiques de l’entreprise et s’assurer de la bonne réalisation des actions associées ;
**-**Piloter la procédure de certification avec l’ensemble des services concernés (suivi, organisation des réunions, mise à jour des fichiers de suivi ).
- Autres sujets compliance:
**-**Assister à la structuration et suivre les différents projets ESG au sein du groupe ;
**-**Participer à la mise en place et à l’évolution des différentes procédures.

**Et si c’était toi ?**
- Tu as un Master 2 en Droit des nouvelles technologies ou un parcours en compliance ?
- Tu as une première expérience de 2 ans idéalement acquise dans le monde de l’édition de logiciel (pourquoi pas une connaissance du monde financier également) ?
- Le pack Office 365 n’a plus de secret pour toi ?
- Curiosité, rigueur, débrouillardise, et esprit d’équipe font parties de tes qualités ?
- Tu as une bonne aisance rédactionnelle ?
- Tu as un très bon niveau d’anglais (lu, parlé, écrit), et maîtrises en particulier le vocabulaire juridique ?
