We have a great opportunity for a confident, highly motivated Financial Analyst skillful in being a business partner to support success and results of the WW Prefillable Systems (PFS) platform, BDM-Pharmaceutical Systems (PS) business unit. Under the supervision of the PFS platform Finance Leader, Business Finance, the Financial Analyst will be responsible for the creation, validation, analysis, and communication of financial data relating to sales and standard gross profit of the WW PFS business platform.BD Finance is a world-class team that is recognized as a valued partner to all areas of the business. **Your responsibilities**:
Strategic planning: consolidate sales and standard gross profit figures from regions and provide financial projections and analysis at platform/therapeutical segment/strategic product lines levels to the PFS team to feed business and portfolio decisions.

Support PFS WW platform reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and ASR process by working closely with platform business directors, regional financial controllers, and finance FP&A team.
- Validation of supply and demand assumptions from regions
- Gap analysis vs financial commitments
- Analyze and compare with external market trends
- Review monthly results and provide the right level of analysis to explain WW performance
- Animate platform risk and opportunities (R&O) process
- Integrated reconciliation preparation
- Ad hoc support or special projects for the PFS platform Finance Leader, as requested (price sensibility, gross profit breakeven, new product business cases)

Active role within Finance projects & process:

- Continuous improvement mindset, process harmonization
- Develop/create tools to further improve our current reporting and analytical tools.
- ** Educational Background**: Business school or university degree (BAC+5) specializing in Finance/Controlling.
- ** Professional Experience**: Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in Accounting/Finance roles.
- ** Global Business Experience**: Experience working in large international, matrix organizations.
- ** Financial Tools Expertise**: Proficient in financial systems such as SAP, BPC, and PowerBI.
- ** Advanced Excel Skills**: Expertise in complex Excel functions like pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
- ** Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills**: Strong ability in critical thinking, logic, and reasoning to evaluate alternatives.
- ** Soft Skills**: Resilient, adaptable, team player, capable of managing pressure, deadlines, and complex tasks with strong communication skills.
