Working closely with the Confluence Analytics Product Managers & Product Owners, this role is key in the Agile delivery of our performance and attribution analytics, including:

- Multi-asset class calculation and analysis of performance, contribution, and attribution with advanced data controls, flexible benchmark and classifications management, and reporting.
- Top-down single and multi-level attribution models at security level, with advanced currency overlay and bottom-up attribution (geometric and arithmetic).
- Total and security-level transaction-based performance metrics, including true time-weighted, modified Dietz, IRR, private asset ratios, etc.
- Macro attribution and factor-based attribution.

The Performance Product Owner will be an integral part of an Agile Scrum team, delivering the above solutions and acting as an expert on sustainability within the development teams. You will have significant autonomy and the opportunity to make impactful improvements.

As a key member of our Agile Scrum team, you will lead in developing advanced performance and attribution analytics, including multi-asset class calculations, sophisticated attribution models, and transaction-based performance metrics. You will also spearhead macro and factor-based attribution initiatives.

Beyond technical skills, a passion for sustainability is essential, as you will serve as an expert voice on these topics within our teams. Effective communication across the firm and with external partners is crucial for gathering feedback and validating product requirements. Due to the global nature of our team, some US hours may be required. This role suits a dynamic, creative problem-solver who is a team player with excellent communication and attention to detail.

**What skills and experience do I need to succeed?**:

- Proficiency in analysis and critical thinking, with a proactive, 'get it done' mentality.
- Relevant experience in performance and attribution analytics, with practical knowledge of Confluence Revolution or similar products being a strong advantage.
- At least 3 years of experience in Agile product ownership or performance analysis roles, coupled with Agile training. A solid understanding of end-to-end processes and multi-tasking ability are essential.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, fluency in English, and proficiency in another European language are a plus.
- Previous roles may include 'Product Manager' or 'Product Specialist.'
