**Overview:
You will have the opportunity to work on projects locally and globally.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinating with internal teams and managing supply restock to ensure that projects are launched on time.
- Keep track of project status and provide status reports as regular basis of critical tasks assigned from cross functional teams.
- Coordinating procurement, delivery and deployment of systems and services in our EMEA datacentres.
- Provide analysis and technical investigation of reported problems involving Fortinet Cloud environment, from virtual infrastructure to the physical layer.
- Monitor, Analyse and resolve production issues independently and as a member of a cross functional team in EMEA, US & Canada
- Support data centre projects, infrastructure and service deployment activities in EMEA
- Helping the development and deployment of new datacentres across the EMEA region.
- Installation Support (Rack, Stack, Patch). Configuring Equipment Locally Prior to Shipping.
- Advise partner project managers and installation supervisors on the design and ensure that the system is installed in a manner that meets design objectives.
- Must demonstrate a strong ability to drive execution of complex and enterprise level technology solutions (i.e., move projects forward with unknowns and mitigate risks).
- Coordination with cross functional partners to ensure DCIM data quality
- Develop and maintain processes and procedures associated with the management of the controls and monitoring of the cloud services
- Create & document requirements, specifications, and use cases for new product features
- Ability to work as a team but also proactively take independent decisions in line with the procedural processes and actively improve knowledge base.

**Skills and Attributes Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or another technical field
- Knowledge of ITIL foundation such as “Incident Management Process”, “Change Management Process”, “Problem Management Process”
- Knowledge of a variety of commercial DCIM and datacentre management systems
- Knowledge in monitoring system such as MRTP, PRTG, and protocols such as MIB, SNNP
- Knowledge of server hardware and lifecycle management (I.e : Dell)
- Knowledge of cables and consumables requirements (Transceivers, Single Mode, Multi-mode cables, Type of power cables etc)
- Knowledge in Datacentre architecture and design
- Knowledge in networking protocols, such as TCP/IP, routing and switching.
- Experience as a Field Engineer operating inside some high critical Datacentre environment
- Empathy, and a genuine desire to solve our projects owners’ problems
- Experience reading, interpreting, and creating construction drawings, specifications, and submittal documents.
- Able to make some reports, to write and then to formalize things with relevant persons
- All positions require strong oral and written communication skills.
- All positions also require good knowledge of English (written and spoken) to provide full information as well as to document tasks, processes, areas of responsibility for configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance.

**Nice to have**:

- Knowledge in Cloud Computing Infrastructure and related technologies such as VMware or Red hat platforms
- Certification in ITIL
- Knowledge in storage, Fault Tolerance and Disaster Recovery concepts.
- Experience with Co-Located Datacentres
- Experience to deal with logistic and transporters partners
- Ability to travel up in EMEA to cover some punctual projects
