Full time - Paris or London onsite_ **Responsibilities**: - Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to ensure the successful organization, running and reporting of Kiln events including conference participation and side events organization. - Provide support for on-site participants; handle logístical tasks including shipments, registrations, booth service ordering, team prep, travel, booth set-up, and take-down - Manage Kiln Rendez-Vous calendar and project deadlines, and produce event updates to coordinate all aspects of the event (e.g. agenda, timelines, venues, suppliers, budget, etc.) - Select conferences and events to join and maintain Kiln’s events and speaking tracker and calendar - Work closely with our design team to develop engaging creative assets and maintain brand consistency at events - Utilize internal channels to build excitement and engagement around events - Partner with sales and customer success to ensure effective post-event follow-up and reporting - Deliver regular reporting, providing recommendations for improvements - Keep our Kiln event playbook up-to-date - Within the next 6-9 months recruit local experts to support your field marketing strategy **Requirements**: - 3-5+ years of events organisation experience - Excellent project management skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and pivot quickly - Exceptional attention to detail - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English - Comfortable working with cross-functional groups and executive leadership - An enthusiasm for connecting with new individuals - Ability to travel as required **Nice-to-have**: - Professional experience in the crypto or fintech industry - Prior experience in the tech B2B - Prior experience managing a small team **About Kiln**: Kiln is the leading **enterprise-grade staking platform**, enabling institutional customers to stake assets, and to whitelabel staking functionality into their offering.
