**Mission**: Expert Workday Advanced CompensationContexte de la mission
Suite à la livraison du premier MVP pour soutenir le processus de Bonus & Merit Review dans Workday, des activités de maintenance doivent être effectuées afin de garantir un lancement fluide du deuxième cycle de révision de la compensation.
En parallèle, des améliorations validées par le BPO et le PO doivent être configurées, testées et mises en ?uvre avant la fin de l?année.
L?expert en Workday Advanced Compensation viendra en support de la Squad ?Compensation Review? lors des différents sprints, notamment sur les sujets suivants:
Configuration du module Advanced Compensation
Révision annuelle des salaires
Revue des bonus
Statements de révision de la compensation
Rapports et tableaux de bord
Les développements sont réalisés autant que possible avec les standards de Workday, en limitant la personnalisation.
L?expert devra travailler en Agile, avec des sprints de 2 semaines et une livraison continue.
Compétences techniques
3 à 5 ans d?expérience en Workday Advanced Compensation
Expériences réussies sur plusieurs implémentations du module
Certification Workday Advanced Compensation
Compétences comportementales (Soft Skills)
