If so, you are the Project Manager we are looking for- Our opportunity is based at the production site in Chartres.**The position
Your primary mission will be to support the Project Manager IT & Automation in decision-making and technical choices. You will also be responsible for preparing the master schedule for system installations, collaborating with the Project Management Office to distribute the workload.**In addition, you will**:

- Ensure the startup of utility equipment according to Novo Nordisk requirements.
- Clearly define your team's objectives and ensure efficient use of time and resources while maintaining team motivation.
- Have a strategic vision and engage in discussions with peers. Provide effective reporting to the Project Manager (budget, roadblocks, milestones).
- Supervise, lead, and coordinate a team of technicians and engineers. Manage their activities and participate in recruitment.
- Review technical documentation related to industrial IT/OT solutions (functional specifications, design specifications, etc.). Approve protocols, test plans, and qualification/validation reports.

**Qualifications**
- You have a Bachelor's degree (BAC+5) or equivalent in industrial engineering, electronics, mechanical engineering, or chemical engineering, and at least 3 years of professional experience in IT/automation projects.
- You are a leader who can organize work in a cross-functional group.
- You demonstrate rigor and autonomy, with strong analytical and synthesis skills.
- You have knowledge and experience with aseptic processes (Formulation, filling, etc.) and a natural curiosity for new technologies and automation.
- You have a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and a good level of English.
