**About you.**

Nautilus Labs' Implementations and Support (I&S) department strives to deliver fast and dependable value to clients through efficient collection of data from outside sources, smooth integration and deployment of Nautilus' offerings, and continuous assurance of data quality.

We are hiring for a technically-minded and client-oriented Solutions Architect who can tailor integrations to match our clients' business goals and the capabilities of Nautilus products, and play a significant role in the later stages of the sales process.

**Outcomes For This Role.**:

- Advise clients on overall structure of a NL implementation and key mapping decisions, guided by best practices
- Craft customized plans that illustrate how Nautilus solutions can enhance the client's existing systems and processes and help achieve their organizational goals.
- Develop high level timelines for integration and product rollout for prospective clients, taking into consideration internal bandwidth and capabilities, in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Contribute to the growth and success of Nautilus Labs by bringing innovative and value-added solutions to the Maritime Industry, driving revenue growth and market share.

**Proficiencies.**:

- Strong technical skills: proficiency in various technologies; knowledge of software development methodologies, system architecture, and design patterns
- Technical Background: Bachelor's or Higher degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or any related.
- Service Delivery Experience: 5 years of service delivery leadership and/or sales experience in selling to a client, either in a focused sales job or as part of a delivery job.
- Business acumen: understanding of business drivers, requirements, and strategies to design and implement solutions that align with our clients' objectives.
- Communication and interpersonal skills: ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, facilitate meetings, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills: capability to analyze complex technical problems and provide innovative solutions to meet business requirements.
- Project management skills: experience leading technical projects and teams, driving project kick-off activities, and creating project documentation.
- Industry knowledge: understanding of the Maritime Industry and its unique technology and regulatory requirements.
- Continuous learning: willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and industry trends.
