Senior Consolidation Lead

An international corporate performance management (CPM) organisation, seeks a Senior Consolidation Lead to help further grow its rapidly developing consolidation business offering.
The role will be a trusted advisor for financial close, consolidation, and reporting and have a broad scope of responsibilities including:
Engage with senior finance stakeholders (CFOs, Controllers, Finance Transformation Officers) to influence strategy and investment decisions.
Demonstrate and present solutions to executive level with with clear and tailored ROI and benefits proposition.
Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to provide feedback and to assist on change programme planning.
Also work closely with partners and delivery teams to ensure project success.
Mentor junior solution consultants on consolidation expertise and best practices.
6 plus years experience in financial consolidation, financial close, external reporting, or related domains, including intercompany eliminations, multi-currency and reconciliations.
Must be hands on with EPM tools such as SAP BPC, Tagetik, Oracle HFM, Fluence or comparable platforms.
Proven commercial experience in pre-sales, client engagement and business development.
Excellent communication skills in English (and another European language would be beneficial).
Accounting and finance background or certification is preferred.
S ervicing the EMEA market, the role can be based in anywhere Europe, but should be accessible to the large business hubs (France, UK, Germany and Benelux), plus offers rapid career development opportunities.
