**What You'll Do**:
The Krypton EPM team, in charge of projects and programs in the Platform and Infrastructure departments, is looking for an Engineering Program Manager to look after new challenges, especially the ones of the Platform Core teams.

The Platform and Infrastructure teams are responsible for building and maintaining the entire stack that supports Criteo solutions at scale. They also develop and provide tools that ensure our developers have a seamless and efficient experience.

The Platform Core teams own our events layer (Kafka), distributed cache (Aerospike), document search (OpenSearch), data systems (MSSQL, Vertica, Tableau) as well as all the SDKs that are coming with this stack.

**Mission**:

- Partner with DevLeads, Engineering Managers and Tech Leaders to identify and align the right priorities
- Work with teams to deliver projects and programs on time, on budget and with the right quality
- Orchestrate work among the teams involved (dependencies) and manage risk proactively
- Assist the teams with their transformation and help them to optimise the way they work
- Leverage your soft power to influence the organization and challenge the status-quo

**Who You Are**:

- BS/MS in Software Engineering or related field (equivalent experience may be acceptable)
- 5+ years of experience in software development and a passion for state-of-the-art technologies
- A sweet tooth for Project Management, helping teams structure their plans and offerings
- A keen sense of ownership and experience managing the end-to-end development cycles
- A strong appetite for navigating in murky waters and dealing with uncertainty
- Awesome problem-solving and influencing without authority skills
- Experience balancing resources and ever-competing priorities
- Seasoned project manager with focus and extreme attention to detail
- Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills in English
- Know how to tailor speech with both technical and non-technical audiences (public speaking)
