CPA Partner, cabinet de recrutement spécialisé en finance, recherche pour l'un de ses clients, une société d'investissement spécialisée dans les énergies renouvelables un Investment Manager en CDI à Paris (75009).Au sein de l'équipe d'investissements, vous assurez l'ensemble du process de financement des projets d'investissement ENR (de

l'origination au closing).

Vos missions
- Assurer l'origination des opportunités d'investissement
- Participer à l'analyse financière et technique des projets (réalisation des BP/ gestion des Q&A, etc.)
- Gérer l'ensemble du process d'investissement (LOI, négociation des mandats, analyse de la data room, due deal, etc.)
- Proposer les différentes solutions de financements aux clients (structuration de la dette, partenariats banques, etc.)
- Encadrer les équipes d'analystes sur les dossiers dont vous êtes responsable

Votre profil
- Vous êtes titulaire d'une école du top 3 commerce ou ingénieur
- Vous avez une expérience de 3 à 7 ans en en project finance dans le secteur de l'énergie
- Vous avez l'esprit d'équipe
