Since 2014, the Paris team, consisting of 7 investment professionals, has executed c. €1.3 billion of commercial real estate transactions. It currently manages a diversified portfolio located in France, Belgium and Luxembourg.

Investment Manager Real Estate
Who We're Looking For
We are seeking an experienced Investment Manager to join our Real Estate team. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience within a real estate transaction or fund management team. This role requires advanced financial modelling capabilities, and strong organizational and interpersonal skills to seamlessly integrate into a dynamic, close-knit team. The role covers the full investment lifecycle, including both transaction execution and asset management responsibilities until disposal.

What You'll Do
You will be involved in the execution of real estate transactions, as well as the effective management of a mixed portfolio of assets in France, Belgium and Luxembourg.

Key Duties Will Include
Origination and Transaction

• Source, analyse, and underwrite new real estate investment opportunities
• Run financial models and sensitivity analysis, perform market studies and prepare investment memorandum and recommendations to support investment decision-making
• Draft offer letters; manage stakeholders in the due diligence phase and negotiate purchase documentation negotiation

Asset management

• Oversee the strategic and operational management of acquired assets
• Coordinate with property managers and other external advisors to oversee property operations, capex projects and valuations
• Undertake financial and strategic analysis to draw asset-level business plans
• Monitor, evaluate and report asset performance, alongside regular updates on asset management matters such as rent collection, leasing activity, capex campaign evolution, loan covenants etc.
• Participate in the financing of new acquisitions and refinancing of existing asset(s)/portfolio(s)
• Coordinate and implement ESG initiatives and associated KPIs over the portfolio
• Perform Hold & Sell and ad'hoc analysis on the assets and draft recommendations to Fund Managers/Clients
• Manage disposals' process with the same scope as with acquisitions.

The Knowledge, Experience And Qualifications You Need

• Graduated from a leading Business or Engineering School or renowned university with a Master's Degree in Finance, Real Estate or Business
• Previous roles in Real Estate within transactions or Fund management teams ideally
• Clear will to gain experience and enhance skillset through asset management
• Excellent financial and analytical skills as well as proficiency in Excel and other valuations tools
• Autonomous and willing to work in a dynamic and challenging work environment
• Rigorous, hard-working and self-motivated, with an ability to motivate and drive a broad range of stakeholders
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experienced with Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Fluent in French and English
