In the frame of a replacement, you will join the Global Ethics and Compliance Department, apart of the Global Legal Department, reporting to the Global Ethics & Compliance Director.

With the support of one direct report, you will be in charge of supervising the Compliance Program related to Business Integrity matters capitalizing on the existing related internal initiatives on these topics and in close collaboration with Sephora’s Legal, HR, and internal audit teams.

- Implement, enhance the existing Global Compliance program with respect to Business Integrity and Compliance related matters (Anti Bribery, Economic sanctions & embargos, conflict of interest )
- Develop, update, and monitor the implementation of Compliance and E&C policies and procedures, guidelines, in accordance with the Group’s guidelines.
- Supervise the management of E&C tools and processes related to gifts & hospitality, Conflict of interest
- Monitor new regulations, international sanctions and implement action plans.
- Handle the Third-Party Due Diligence approach (implementation, improvement, and monitoring of Third Parties)
- Supervise the management of the Alert line system and all Ethics & Compliance alerts.
- Ensure the update of the Sephora’s global anti-corruption risk mapping and associated action plans (implementation, follow up)
- Advice and provide support to functions and operations with respect to Compliance related issues, projects, and Business Integrity matters.
- Handle the Communication and Training roadmaps: raising awareness and providing training on the compliance program, updating/creating awareness-raising materials, preparing and supporting the local E&C correspondents on these action plans.
- Represent the E&C function at meetings and dedicated working sessions.
- Support to E&C Committees in accordance with Sephora’s E&C governance.
- Animate E&C local/regional managers and correspondents’ Community.
- Work with LVMH and Maisons’ E&C teams
- Manage the Ethic and Compliance Specialist
- At least 12 years of experience in international groups with substantial focus on Ethics & Compliance counseling and anti-corruption program design
- Master’s degree in law (Master 2), with a specialization in Business Integrity, Ethic and compliance (Master of CYU, Dauphine, or equivalent)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English (French or an additional language will be a plus)
- Ability to work in cross cultural environment
- Skills to handle global projects and to deliver within given deadlines
- “Team player” within an international environment, while being autonomous and rigorous
- Ability to work in a dynamic and disruptive environment
- Proactivity
