Notre équipe d’experts contribue à l’innovation et à la digitalisation

des systèmes d’informations de nos clients, en les accompagnant

dans leurs projets de développement et de transformation digitale.

**Que recherchons-nous ?**

Nous sommes à la recherche d’un Technical Leader qui intégrera la direction en qualité de manager.

**Votre rôle sera double**:
Mener à bien vos missions d’expertises techniques auprès des clients d’Inov Team,

et manager une équipe de consultants.

**Vos missions**:
Technical Leader, vous
- Interviendrez en tant que référent sur l’une des technologies suivantes : Java, Framework Front-end (JS,TS) et en tant que talent Manager, en charge d’une équipe de 5 à 10 personnes, vous:
Assurerez la montée en compétences techniques de vos collaborateurs

Veillerez au bon déroulement des missions (suivi de mission, coaching technique, relation client)

Aurez en charge la gestion et le développement de carrière de votre équipe

Participerez à l’élaboration et à la mise en œuvre de la politique managériale d’Inov Team

Qualités requises:
Rigueur, Excellente communication, Leadership, Organisation

Vous justifiez:
D’une formation d’ingénieur ou bac+5 en informatique

D’un niveau d’anglais courant

D’une expérience réussie dans un rôle similaire
