**Summary**

Are you passionate about shaping the future of software development through cutting-edge AI? We are seeking a skilled and experienced AI Software Engineer to join our R&D product development team. Your mission: contribute to the design, development, and implementation of AI-driven solutions that revolutionize how developers build, test, and optimize embedded software.

As an AI Software Engineer, you will focus on creating AI-powered tools—software copilots that empower developers by streamlining workflows, enhancing productivity, and accelerating innovation.

Ansys has recently introduced Scade One, an innovative solution for embedded software development. By joining our team, you’ll help to build a new era of AI-augmented, model-based software development, leveraging AI capabilities to redefine industry standards.

**Key Duties and Responsibilities**
- Architect, design and implement end to end AI solutions for our model-based software development products.
- Collaborate with diverse, cross-functional teams to accurately identify and prioritize requirements amenable to AI solutions. Ensure that the implemented solution meets the needs and expectations of various stakeholders.

**Minimum Education/Certification Requirements and Experience**
- MS or PhD in Computer Science
- Proficient in programming languages, specifically Python
- 3+ years of industry experience with strong AI fundamentals
- Solid foundation in Generative AI (Large Language Models, Multi-Modal.).
- Understanding of deep learning frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras or MXNet
- Knowledge of current research on AI and related scientific literature

**Preferred Qualifications and Skills**
- Excellent technical knowledge in Generative AI and Large Language Models.
- Good technical knowledge with Python, scikit-learn, pytorch, jax, tensorflow, MLOps tooling, data structures and algorithms, scripting languages.
- Technical experience with AI specific software design, including extensive knowledge of state-of-the-art in AI/ML, model architecture design, model training, model testing and production.
- Experience delivering high-quality products in a large-scale commercial software development environment.
- Understanding of customer requirements and tools used in this domain.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a geographically distributed team.
- Fluent English spoken and written / C1 level.
